Welcome to my Artweb site! I am Katie Bicknell, a freelance professional flautist with a passion for all things creative. For the past 5 years I have been lucky enough to spend 2 months a year in India, as principal flute of the Symphony Orchestra of India. The colours, people, and vibrancy have greatly influenced my artwork and I am really enjoying bringing to life the sounds, sights and smells of this fabulous country on canvas.
I spend the rest of my time in the Cotswolds, and have rekindled my love of watercolour, experimenting with abstract techniques. Prints are available of any of my watercolours, please just ask...
